Yes, yes and yes!! Spot on!
Wow, what a list! I think I do about 99.9% of that stuff…
I really needed this. Thank you <3
I have a failure mentality, feelings of unworthlessness, indecisive, doubt and settling, just to name a few. I am currently working in an online program to change these things. I want to be happy and be successful. I’m tired of settling for where I am. I have so much more potential and I know all the “stories” I have told myself are not true. Here’s to recognizing these bad habits and bringing in 2017 with better habits!!!
Way to go Sherry! What an inspiration you are for pushing past the “stories” and creating new, better habits 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
Such truth!
I’ve got 25 covered, lol.
#3 has been so hard for me. I dealt with it in high school, then college, now in the “real world.” Sometimes it just seems easier to live like this. But most of the time it really brings me down.
Amen to #24!
So. Much. Truth.
Amen!
Oh goodness, #34 is so hard for me. I hope I GROW out of it 😉
Wow! I am so so grateful I stopped to read this! I was not going to open the email and it is so amazing I did. I am living in fear of not ever changing and being a more productive person and am desperate for leading a full life. This list is perfect and I feel each one touches me. Powerful! This year is my hope to become the person I want to be
Ugh… #14. I hear ya! SO true!
I need to STOP settling!
